AERIDES LONDON RESIDENTIAL FUND

Aerides London Residential Fund is a Singapore-dollar denominated real estate fund. The Fund invests exclusively in central London residential properties and operates on a total return basis (rental income plus capital growth). The Fund sources on and off-market properties, refurbishes the properties and professionally manages the property portfolio. The properties are rented to private individuals and families under assured shorthold tenancy (AST) agreements and corporate lets. Since its inception in 2013, the Delight London Residential Fund has outperformed major residential real estate indices* every year in the years it was active.

AERIDES LONDON OPPORTUNITY FUND

The Fund pursues a Value-Add and Opportunistic strategy for investing in London Real Estate. The Fund invests in assets across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Investment properties are selected based on yield and high capital appreciation potential.
